for everyone
This is perhaps the easiest bush walk (do they even call it bush walking in the States) that I have ever done for the most spectacular sight.  (A big call I know so feel free to offer alternative suggestions)

So you walk for about 10 mins and then there is the need to cross a river, they do have a bridge but it fell down in the crazy storms that Seattle had in late 2006.

A fallen down bridge makes the walk a little more interesting

The water in this river (Stillaguamish River) is so clear swimming was very tempting.

After that you get completely lost in a series of tall trees.

Nothing but tall trees.

And emerge soon afterwards to the coolest thing that I have seen in a long time, a series of Ice Caves.

Notice the waterfall at the top of the ice cave, this is how the cave is formed.

It was amazing how much the temperature changed when stepping in front of the ice cave.

And if you think that is all too much for you then the view from the car park is quite spectacular as well.

The ice is melting now (given it is summer) creating a series of water falls.

I would imagine one would see a very different sight if they came in Winter, this was once a ski resort.

We were also going camping at a pretty cool camp site, but I will leave Colin to tell you all about that.
